New Functions:
1. Added the “Full Screen” mode to the Remote Control function, with different scales available for different phone screens;
2. Added the “Feeling lucky” function to “Wallpaper” and “Theme”, allowing users to choose their favorite wallpaper and themes randomly;
3. Added the device name customization function;
4. Added the “Auto-backup Settings” function, allowing users to custom the backup mode from “Manual Backup”, “Prompt for Backup” and “Auto Backup”, and the Backup Frequency;
5. Other new functions.
Function Improvements:
1. Optimized the operational flow of backup and restoration in “Backup&Restore” and improved its user experience, thereinto, added the auto-memory function to “Backup” which will make it easier for users to select needed restoration point, with compatibility with earlier versions maintained;
2. Added the thumbnail preview feature to “Photos”;
3. Added the conflict check and disposal during contacts, SMS, call log and other data importing via “One-key Transfer” and “Backup&Restore”, to avoid repeated import; added the transfer result report to “One-key Transfer”, allowing users to view the transfer result;
4. Improved the compiling and building mode of assemblies to provide better support on Windows 7 64-bit and Windows Vista 64-bit;
5. Modified the sorting order of contacts in “SMS Chat” to make them sorted by the initial letter of their names, and added the function that allows users to filter contacts by their names and phone numbers;
6. Optimized the news subscription mechanism of “RSS” and improved its user experience;
7. Optimized the mapping method of contact’s data field on different platforms in “One-key Transfer”, to provide more stable data transfer mechanism and better guarantee the integrality of contact data during transferring;
8. Other improvements.
Bug Fixes:
1. Resolved the problem that when no PandaReade is installed on the phone, if users click on the eBook and RSS functions simultaneously, the info window may pop up twice;
2. Resolved the problem that bulk SMS messages may be separated into several messages when SMS messages are imported/exported via One-key Transfer;
3. Resolved the problem that the Importing Complete prompt may still show up even though the importing progress has been cancelled in One-key Transfer;
4. Fixed other bugs.
